When setting up your support plan we will try to always make sure that we match you with the right companions that share your interests, as well as being able to meet your needs. We will continue to review with you how your support is going and make sure that you are getting the most from our companions.

Depending on the type and amount of care you need, we will typically place you with a small group of companions to ensure consistency and continuity in your care.

We require our companions to undertake a significant training program before and during their companion career. You can therefore be assured that our companions are highly skilled and continuously developing their abilities.

We are able to offer very competitive rates and various visit times. Unlike a lot of care providers, we are able to offer 30 minute visits and we don't require you to have a minimum number of hours of support with us each week. There are a number of options when it comes to paying for care. Our services are available to those wanting to self-fund, those who are funded by the NHS and those who are directly commissioned by a local authority. Our team is happy to discuss funding options with you when you make an enquiry.

After we have spoken with you and taken some initial details over the phone, we will arrange a convenient time to come and see you to further establish what your support you need and put together a plan of how we can achieve it.
