Access to and use of this website (‘https://www.countycarecompanions.co.uk’) (the “Website”) is provided by County Care Independent Living Limited “CCILL”, subject to the following terms:

  1. By using the Website you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not use the Website.

  2.  CCILL may change these terms at any time by posting changes on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the Website’s content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Website content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Website content requires the prior written permission of CCILL.

  4. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Website.

  5. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. CCILL will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

Jurisdiction

  1. These conditions of use are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.

  2. To the extent that any part of these conditions of use are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms all of which shall remain in full force and effect as permitted by law.
